I just did my first independent workout at the rec center in the weight room. That was a little nerve wracking. I tend to talk to myself when I'm nervous and I was trying to follow the sheet she gave me AND I was very self conscious. So I'm sure I looked a little crazy. Ack! But I did it!
I need to decide if I want to continue to do this after work or if I want to get up early and go before work. I don't have a garage and I hate walkin outside when it's dark in the morning. For some reason I can handle the dark better at night. But the workouts probably aren't as effective because I'm tired. I'm much more of a morning person than a night person.
